The seller may accept an offer prior to auction. If an offer is accepted prior to auction, the auction event will be canceled as well as any preview/open house that is scheduled to occur after the accepted offer. Auctioneer has the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an auction. Property information is deemed to be reliable, but cannot be guaranteed.
